Having grown up a Mets fan, I’ve spent a lot of time listening to Ralph Kiner talk about baseball. Strike that. I’ve been fortunate enough to listen to Ralph Kiner talk about baseball. Every fan has those special days during the baseball season that they look forward to. Opening Day. That big series with a […]

I’ve made mention in the past that I work as a graphic designer for a living. One perk of that is that I have access to a lot of cool programs and materials that can be utilized in making custom cards. One new program that we recently got at my job can be used to […]

Being that it’s Halloween, and being that baseball season is over, and being that it’s Monday, and being that outside of Sunday, Monday is associated with football, I thought I’d make a custom Halloween-themed football card. No, not that kind of Halloween-themed custom card. Just a regular old Halloween-themed custom card. What does the Louisiana […]

I’m not sure if anyone has seen this post on Project 1962, but a while back Chris had approached me with a very novel custom card project. Last year, he was lucky enough to pull a Rogers Hornsby bat relic from a jumbo box of the Topps flagship set. If you don’t know, Chris bleed […]
