I’ve decided to start a new, regular feature here on Monday afternoons. I’m just going to round up a bunch of interesting links, and present them for your viewing pleasure. They might be card related, Mets related, sports related or not related to anything at all.

Leading off today (See what I did there. It’s like a baseball metaphor.), Mets Walk-Off and Minutiae has decided to present the 60 Most Metmerable Home Runs in Mets History.

The folks at the Great Sports Name Hall of Fame are having a contest.

Amazin’ Avenue has made anagrams of all the Mets’ names. Funny stuff. My favorites are Fred Wilpon and Razor Shines.

Finally, not sports related, my favorite television show ever, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia is back for its fifth season this Thursday. Apparently they have an episode titled “The World Series Defense”. I wonder if it’ll have to do with how the classy fans of Philadelphia celebrated after last years World Series win, or the Phillies trying to defend their title this year. I guess we’ll have to wait and see.
